Very poor customer service. Did not provide estimate as communicated. Did not return phone calls. Did not respond to emails. Suspicion that they did not want to do fence replacement because of some other non-business related reason ... and, I do not believe it was because the project was too small, as they knew the footage before coming out to do the estimate!! I have quite a bit of fencing on my property, with plenty of future opportunity for fencing projects. Will never consider using them .... ever, and will make sure to communicate this to my neighbors, whom have used them in the past.
