Owner of Sierra Hardwood Floors convinced us to prepay for wood floor (hard to get). At the time to install we found out Scott had never ordered the wood floor and did not have the money to order. Six months later we have not been paid back. He owes us over $20,000. This owner is a thief. Why is this business rated +A?
