The owner was very unprofessional he was did not listen or care to help or refund me for my tempurdedic. He does not follow the rule "customer is always right" he fought me and in return made excuses on why he shouldn't help me. I found an attorney who is going to help me get the company shut down for there lack of help with a mal functioning molding product. Don't buy from them the service is horrible I moved south and the local mattress store was at least helpful and kind enough to help me get this issue with tempurpedic resolved
