In regards to my complaint, I haven't seen this kind of billing discrepancy anywhere elseOn top it, I read this office review online, there are some other who had similar billing issue like over charging the customer than the asking priceBy signing initial price quote agreement, they can't charge whatever they want, specially when someone has insurance otherwise what is the point of having insuranceStaff at office was threatening to pay amount right away or else they will inform collecting agencyThis is something you are unlawfully forcing me to pay unnecessary changesNot only that, at my last visit they also took some X-ray for all teeth which was irrelevant to the tooth being operated, that just too bill my insuranceNow what was that? I didn't ask for that service something need to be done to stop this kind of practice

letter. We pride ourselves on having a very high standard of care, and to our office that care includes all matters within our control. We believe that Mr. [redacted] is referring to the confusion on our end with an adjustment. We had received a check from his insurance for his treatment, after entering in the payment we should have made an adjustment to his account, however the correct adjustment was not made. After Mr. [redacted] received a bill he informed our office of the mistake we then went in and found our mistake and fixed it. Mr. [redacted] still had a balance on his account due to the paperwork that he signed only being an estimate. Before having our patients sign their treatment plans, we ensure to cover all of the information and stress the fact that this is only an estimate pricing. With that being said, the insurance company could pay more,or they could possibly pay less. In this situation, his insurance company paid less. After speaking with Mr. [redacted] and his wife about the situation and informing him that he did sign the treatment plan with the estimated cost he seemed to understand fully. Two days after our conversation, we have received the review. If there are any questions regarding this response, please feel free to contact me. My phone number is {[redacted] and email is [redacted]Sincerely,

Staff at office was threatening to pay amount right away or else they will inform collecting agency. This is something you are unlawfully forcing me to pay unnecessary changes. Not only that, at my last visit they also took 20 some X-ray for all teeth which was irrelevant to the tooth being operated, that just too bill my insurance. Now what was that? I didn't ask for that service.
