This is the first time I have written a Revdex.com review but felt compelled to do so after my experience with Sierra Expeditions, out of Mesa Az. I worked predominately with one employee ([redacted]) who although I didn't get the deal I wanted, I.e. Extended New Year deal or even a T-shirt to do a little advertising for them, I did get one other thing. FANTASTIC customer service via forum chat messaging. In today's automated world, coupled with the hectic schedule of my private practice, I find I reed reviews on forums, and do most my buying on line. The attempt for me to get a deal isn't one of me being cheap, it is to see what the business will do and how they will handle my communications.
I am a true believer of The American Dream, and look for good small businesses to support with my frequent purchases. If I can't find it local, I go on line and have been burnt a few times trying to find that right one. Two very recently.
Well if you are a consumer, have no fear when it comes to this business. By the TLC I received on a relatively small order ($330) I am confident that it was not an anomaly but the specific way they do business. This is obviously a reflection of management and ownership, that each member has bought into the returns that they get out of each and every customer.
Well, now they have one more. Customer service means far more to me than the money I will spend so on this order, I even bought three shirts and three decals to do a little advertising.
thanks [redacted] and the whole Sierra Expedition team.

I have conducted a lot of business with Sierra expeditions. They have always gone above and beyond to fill my orders and make sure I was pleased with the results. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for the types of products they offer.
