VERY BAD BUSINESS PEOPLEI h ave been going to Sierra Cycles for years, and never had a problem until nowAlthough I did not recognize the manager or salesperson that I had to deal withMust have changed staffAnyway, my complaint is that I ordered a rear white wall tire for my Road king, from Sierra Cycles,and explained that I could not drive it down to them due to a very worn tire, and a mirideSafety issueI asked if they could mount and balance it for me and they said sureI paid for the tire over the phone, and asked how much to mount and balanceThe salesperson told me $for the tire, and $to mount and balanceAfter a few days I called to see if my tire came in, and they said yes, its been here, but they forgot to call meOk, so I drove my car, the miwith my wheel, and asked the sales person if they change the tubeHe said yes, and I asked him if that was included in the $29.00, and he answered yes it it includedWhen I returned hrslater to pick up my wheel, the price was higher than the quote he gave meI asked why, and he said they charge extra for the balancing, and the tubeI told him I was quoted $for mounting,balancing, and a tube, He snapped at me in a very sarcastic tone" WE'RE NOT IN BUSINESS TO GIVE FREE TUBES AWAY"I paid the full price and leftBiting my tongueWhen I got home to install the wheel, I realized I ordered the wrong size, and the wheel would not fitMy mistakeSo I called Sierra cycles and asked if there was anything they could do to help me out, and they said, If I would have brought the bike to them they could help me, But since I didn'tI am on my ownVery poor businessI should have been warned from the beginning, there would be no guarantee if I brought just the wheel, I might have taken a chance on bringing the bike inIf they could have given me a credit by bringing the bike there, why couldn't they give me a credit anywayGuess they were *** because they didn't make more money off meWhich only shows they do not care about their customers, only their customers money.I would have been alright with them not offering a credit, since it was my mistake, if they didn't say they would have, if I brought it inYours TrulyA Very Unsatisfied Customer
