SINCE I BOUGHT THIS VEHICLE I HAVE HAD ISSUES PAYING IT OFFFIRST THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE SECOND I DON'T RECEIVE UPDATES ON WHEN THE PAYMENT ARE MADE I SPOKE TO SOMEONE OVER THE PHONE WHEN I BOUGHT THE CAR AND SHE SET ME UP FOR AUTOMATIC WITHDRAWALS EVERYTHING WAS FINE UTIL JULY 18, THEY COMPLETELY STOPPED THE WITHDRAWAL AND I JUST NOTICED IF I DON'T CALL THEM I WOULD HAVE NEVER KNOWN I WAS DELINQUENT ON THIS ACCOUNT THE COMPANY I BOUGHT THE CAR OFF IS SELLING CAR THAT HAVE ISSUES I HAD TO PAY $ON FRONT BRAKES AND ROTTERS BECAUSE THEY FAILED TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM RIGHT OFF THE LOT I HAVE TRIED CONTACTING THEM AND THEY DON'T RETURN PHONE CALLS TODAY I CALLED AGAIN AND I SPOKE WITH A [redacted] AND HE HUNG UP ON ME [redacted]

Credit "pre-approved" and rejected after I had possession of the vehicleI was informed the employment I had wasn't good enough
I got a car, and lost my job the next dayAs a backup, I do delivery for various services and am able to make my ends meet
This company dragged their feet for two weeks on verifying my information and found out that I'd lost my job
I told them I'm still making income and offered proofI haven't even had the chance to MAKE my first payment before this call took place
They informed me that they do not finance to anyone using "Uber" as a serviceI told them that delivery is a legitimate way to make $500-$*** a WEEK and that my $300/month payments could easily be made
I spoke to a supervisor who told me that, "We're not going to help you, and all you're doing is talking." I lost my cool and said some choice words
