Review: After purchasing their time clock program, every communication I had with this company was charged by the minute. I didn't know about this policy until a $1000+ invoice arrived in the mail. Once I learned of the charges and what they were for, I felt tricked as I remembered all the times the company racked up time through unnecessary conference calls. If I had known the cost of those calls, they would not have happened. But, thinking they were included with the cost of the program, I sat through them and tolerated the waste of time in the hopes of learning something.I feel the company intentionally timed the invoice to arrive after our 30 day trial period was over. Ironically, they duped me into paying for an annual tech fee at the time of purchase. I was told the fee would cover program installation and any basic tech support issues, but now the company refuses to tell me what the fee covers.So now I am stuck with a time program that our employees hate, doesnt meet our needs, and that takes up much more of my time, especially when I have to figure out how to fix problems myself. The program hasnt worked right since being installed but I can't get any help from the company without it costing a pretty penny.When I approached the company about blindsiding me with a huge bill, I was told that I should have known and that they saw no problem with the charges.Desired Settlement: Reversal of the fees charged ($1184.16) before the company disclosed its pay per minute support policy on 10/27/2014.
