Sierra Chimney Sweeps

We are in contact with the Claimant and are investigating the details to determine their merit. After requesting receipt and evidence documentation from the Claimant earlier this month, we received receipts today (5/11) after we followed up to
contact the Claimant by phone. The original claim is for five tires for $500, but the two receipts reflect an amount of $for four tires, not five. In speaking to the servicing tire company, they do not have any available documentation of damage to the original tires Additionally, there is no record of an attempt to plug the alleged nail holes, which their company provides as a free service. The tire company did not have wear tire information for the first vehicle’s two tires, but shared that the second pair of tires replaced was worn 3/32” of an inch from the wear bars and were both essentially worn out and requiring replacement. When originally contacted by the Claimant, he represented he has a letter and/or documentation from his mechanic regarding nails in his tires. It would be helpful for the claimant to provide the supporting documentation from the service shop to verify the merit of his claim that the original tires were damaged and required replacement because of nails from the construction jobsite. It is our intention for this matter to be worked out in a fair and equitable manner
