door and offered to transfer her to another unit.  However, she never did not come in and speak with me further about any dissatisfaction of the repair to her door, nor did she give a notice, a forwarding address, and in fact vacated without turning in keys or paying rent.  We sent her an abandonment notice on 3/13/13 which was sent certified mail by a processing company.  I also sent her move out statement on 3/27/13 however, that came back returned in the mail. In addition, Mrs.[redacted] claims to have spoken to [redacted] and [redacted].  I do not have an [redacted] who works at Sierra Canyon and [redacted] is a Sales Director at another milestone property.  As a sales director an individual would not make management decisions as they are strictly sales.  [redacted] would of told her to contact management at Sierra Canyon as she would not be authorized to make decisions of that nature especially in regards to a different Milestone property. Therefore, at this time we are urging Mrs. [redacted] to contact the collection company and take care of her debt in order to resolve this matter. Thank you, [redacted]Sierra Canyon Community Director
