Sierra Auto Motive

Review: I was in an accident on December **, 2013 and the police had my car was towed to Sierra automotive. I have repeatedly called to obtain estimates on the repairs and/or salvage value of the car, and have been constantly postponed without ever being provided an estimate. Today I had another company call because I was going to have my vehicle towed to be repaired or sold elsewhere. They were told that I needed to pay $2,000 to cover towing and storage costs, when the only reason for the storage was their refusal to provide an estimate. I am happy to cover the towing expense.Desired Settlement: An elimination of all storage costs.
