I purchase a house for rent to own and I gave dollars for advancement on the rent and they stated that
they will make repairs to the roof never repaired and I put in dry wall new flooring and the roof leak and
destroyed the drywall the floor and my stove and know they are talking about it's my job
to repair everything they took my money and stating I didn't pay my rent I was not even moved in
I paid in advance to get the house ready for my new wife and babe

Mr*** was not rentingHe had purchased the home under an "Agreement For Deed"He paid $Down and made a couple of payments of $He inspected the property prior to his purchase and was aware of the problems that existed with the home and the purchase was "As Is"On May 12,
Mr*** decided he did not want the property any more and was returning it with out doing any repairs or moving into the homeThe photos attached are of the same hole in the kitchen ceiling and are time stamped on the photo and the documents attached show Mr*** voluntarily accepted the property in an "As Is" condition and was aware of the condition prior to purchase

I Purchased a house from this company on a rent to own contract January 2014,for price the price of $19,
the original contract stated that everything was working orderThe furnace was not working at all, I called the seller who said he would send someone out , No one ever came out to inspect or repair the non working furnaceWe made many attempts to get this furnace repaired September he sent out a repair person to replace the furnace, the furnace they installed was not the correct size I finally purchased my own furnace and asked that they just install that one to insure it was a working unitThis company also sent repair person for other repairs and issues in the homeOct he sent me an invoice with fee's for each of these repairs I had no idea I was being charged for , nor did I approve these charges totaling $This company is adding these fee's to my purchase price of the homeI called my own contractor to do an inspection, who said none of these

This house is being purchased by [redacted]  as of 01-15-15  As is Condition along with a signed releases. I have original contracts .
