Review: I ordered a pair of Swarovski Silk Pierced Crystal earrings and they are not genuine Swarovsi Crystal. This website advertises that they sell geniune Swarovski Crystal products, they are even an authorized dealer of selling Swarovski products but they sold me a fake version of these earrings. I actually went to the Swarovski store and saw the real version of these earrings and it looks nothing like what was sent to me.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back because of the false advertisement. I have no problem shipping this item back to the store.

This order was placed on 3/14/2013 and delivered on 3/18/2013. The merchandise she purchased and received is an authentic pair of Swarovski earrings in its original box. We have a two week return policy with a full refund for the merchandise. This customer has never contacted us with any problems or questions. If she wasn’t satisfied with the merchandise for any reason, she had the option to return the merchandise within our return policy period with no questions asked for a full refund.
