Please be advised I've made several attempts to contact the customer by phone I left my name, phone number and the purpose of the call, if I don't receive a return call by tomorrow June 23, 2015, I will send a letter of apology with BOG coupons to replace the food I've contacted our Director of Operations regarding the matter and she is reviewing with the managers and crew proper procedures for all the issues that the customer encountered during their visit
