the wrecker but choose to and does not influence the pricing and we offer it as a convenience but are not required and is driver discretion to transport individuals.
We are a towing service, the tow was completed successfully and will not offer ANY type of compensation.

My chief complaint is NOT seating arrangements during my services. My complaint is that my services were NOT completed in a timely manner as stated in the above response (we had to wait 45 minutes for the driver to pick up his girlfriend), my credit card information was made available to a non-employee, and the unprofessional way in which my complaint was handled. I am still seeking a refund or compensation.

Driver gave the shop the owner's phone number to call for permission but they never called. Nobody should work on a truck without calling the owner of the truck.
