Sid's Appliance Repair

Review: Owner will not return my calls. He finally answered after four days of waiting for a response to my messages. I told him he repaired my refrigerator back in October and it stopped working again, and that he told me and wrote on my receipt the part had a year warranty. I asked him if he would be able to look at it and he told me he would call me back. A total of seven days have passed and more attempts to contact [redacted] but no answer and no return calls. If [redacted] has a problem that he cannot look at my refrigerator, he could have the professional courtesy to call me back and tell me that.Desired Settlement: Since this is an appliance that I cannot continue to do without (we keep expensive medicine that must stay cold), I will need to call a different repair person. If the problem is the same part that [redacted] installed and warrantied the new repair person is not going to guaranty/warranty [redacted]'s work or part. I'll have to pay for a new one, the service call and labor. Therefore, I would want a total reimbursement to repair the refrigerator.
