On 09/13/with authorization from Mr [redacted] , we replaced the A/C compressor, accumulator, condenser and the radiatorInvoice number [redacted] in the amount of $1,707.48On 10/10/Mr [redacted] called and stated the A/C was not blowing cold airWe requested to inspect the A/C system on the truck and found the liquid line from the condenser to the evaporator leaking freonThis was not a hose we replaced during the previous work and explained this to Mr [redacted] The estimate we provided to Mr [redacted] to replace the liquid line is approx $Mr [redacted] declined the repairs and picked up the vehicle.I have attached the invoices and our estimate from today regarding the a/c work.It is my understanding that Mr [redacted] believes the entire A/C system should be covered under warranty and this is not the caseOur warranty only covers the components we replacedPlease feel free to contact me with any questions Sincerely, [redacted]

Mr. [redacted] declined the repairs and picked up the vehicle.I have attached the invoices and our estimate from today regarding the a/c work.It is my understanding that Mr. [redacted] believes the entire A/C system should be covered under warranty and this is not the case.
