I took the manufacture repto his home for evaluation of said productI was instructed to remove a piece of the siding and currently waiting for a response from them on how this is going to be handledi'm sure they will be replacing the product, but we have to wait for their process before we can do anything [redacted] is a previous and valued costumer of ours and we do not want to lose his trust in usif it were only a labor issue it would have been done already[redacted]
