I have been a customer @little village postal a few times now to ship itemsI wanted to send Christmas gifts to my family in France so I went to the store with all of the gifts, asked for separate packages and specifically insisting on the bigger one being delivered because of the value of the gifts insideThe employee (I believe she's the owner's daughter) assured me that I didn't need to purchase any insurance and that [redacted] would cost too much to ship so she chose to proceed with the regular mailing option for both packagesThe small one got there on time but the big (most important one) never made itI was never able to track it, I went back to ask them about it about times, they said they will look at the security cameras, but they never had an answer for me except " [redacted] ***" so I waited for a month, then I filed a lost mail report, then I filed a complaint with the post office, I tried to track it in Fran
