is a thief. He also operates under the company name, ***. We paid him a deposit in the amount of $1,611.34 back in June of 2020 and have yet to receive our refund. He refuses to answer emails and texts. Do NOT use his services.

Failed to refund nearly 800 deposit for construction work never started or completed.
Contacted *** mid march 2018 to redo our back deck. He operates with the business name "***" now.

He responded right away, was very courteous and prompt. Written estimates took a while to produce but they were detailed and helpful once produced.

He asked for a 700 deposit before he book the job. I complied. He scheduled to start April 9. Today is April 28th. He hasn't shown up. Not once. I emailed,called and texted him no less than 43 times. At first he said a week delay. When I called him he texted back and said he had left the state but would start the following week. He then delayed again.

I asked for my money back and we agreed that he would refund my money but would start this week. He sent me what looks to be a sham email (six days ago) stating that he had refunded my money. No funds have been refunded. No emails, no texts, no calls for six days. At this point

I suspect a scam. Buyer beware.
