My chief complaint is NOT seating arrangements during my servicesMy complaint is that my services were NOT completed in a timely manner as stated in the above response (we had to wait minutes for the driver to pick up his girlfriend), my credit card information was made available to a non-employee, and the unprofessional way in which my complaint was handledI am still seeking a refund or compensation
