Review: On 9/**/14 my water heater, that was still under warranty broke and I was informed by the manufacturer, [redacted] and [redacted], that I had to pay for a new water heater at Sid Harvey, [redacted], **. [redacted] and [redacted] would then reimburse Sid Harvey and Sid Harvery will send me the check. More than a month ago I called [redacted] and [redacted] and they informed me that they had already reimbursed Sid Harvey store #[redacted] (credit number [redacted]). I have been calling Sid Harvey on an almost daily basis and I have talked to [redacted] and [redacted] who both promised me that [redacted], the person in charge of reimbursements would call me back. I have not received a call (or the reimbursement) as of today (12/**). On a number of occasions I asked to speak to the manager and a certain [redacted] refused. So even though [redacted] and [redacted] has already sent them the check, Sid Harvey has not reimbursed me. I have never ever experienced such lousy customer service. Thank you very much for your help.[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like Sid Harvey to reimburse me for the water heater that was still under warranty and for which I have already paid for. They have received this check from [redacted] and [redacted].
