Sichuan Gourmet

Review: Ate lunch at Sichuan Gourmet 3/16/2016. Ordered "Ma Pa Tofu" from the "Vegetarian" section of their lunch menu, as I'm vegetarian. When I got home and started feeling sick I suspected the dish had meat in it. Was ill all night & morning. Went back on 3/17/2016 at noon to inquire about getting a refund and to have a manager change the menu to remove items with meat form the vegetarian section. The manager wasn't in, and I dealt with an extremely rude woman who openly admitted there is pork in "Ma Pa Tofu" (which mind you is listed under vegetarian lunch items). This woman blames me for not calling in the night of 3/16. I told her I was busy being violently ill and that I wanted to talk to someone face to face. Very grudgingly she refunded only the cost of my meal and not the total amount charged to my credit card. She showed ZERO concern whatsoever that they list non-vegetarian items as vegetarian on their menu, to the point of boasting that the "Ma Pa Tofu" had pork in it. Very reluctantly, after chastising me and putting the blame on me several times for the entire situation, this very rude woman at the register grudgingly refunds me $7.44 the cost of the meal, but not the full $10 that was charged to my credit card.Desired Settlement: First and foremost I'd like for Sichuan Gourmet to be REQUIRED to TRUTHFULLY report on their menus what is and is not vegetarian. This will require them changing their menus and ensuring no meat goes into any product their menu labels as "vegetarian". Secondly I'd like a full refund. Lastly I'd like the manager of Sichuan Gourmet to reprimand the rude employee I dealt with and teach her a thing or two about customer service, and why it's important.
