Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Once in awhile through phone and email you get lucky and someone answers the phone so, yes over the phone, I have been made aware of the delays in materials for the custom built trailer I ordered almost one year agoAgain, delivery was supposed to be in spring of which is long goneIn an effort to justify poor communication, I was told the company email and phone service was not working properly and they couldn't do anything about thatThat information came through a mass emailIt is the 3rd of July and I have had no contact with Mr [redacted] as he mentioned in the company response that was dated June 28th The mass email sent to all their customers was the only communication with Cargomaxxx that was initiated by the companyI am worried the company will go bankrupt and I will lose my depositAsking for my deposit back is not holding the company responsible for delays in materialFiling a claim for damages incurred from not having the trailer delivered by the mutually agreeed upon date of delivery would be holding the company responsible *** [redacted]

I purchased a CARGOMAXXX 6' x 4' aluminum utility trailer I requested the trailer be available about ten weeks out, as I had a lot going on in late summer and early fall I was contacted a couple of weeks before the scheduled date to confirm things and was told they had another trailer going to Salt Lake City, did I want to have my trailer hauled with that one I opted to have the trailer delivered to the Kansas City area on Oct20, where I was visiting relatives After driving about miles Curtis was right on time at the designated drop off point I am thoroughly delighted with the quality of workmanship and the professionalism of the employees I was in contact with I would highly recommend their trailers

In dealing with the representatives at CARGOMAXXX, I was very pleased with their promptness in responding to my questions and trailer orderThey were quite accommodating and I have found the trailer to be an excellent productSince my recent purchase, I have been able to use the trailer on several occasions and from what I can see it is well made and meets my needs

As scheduled with Mr [redacted] he received his trailer in 8/2015.VIN

My trailer is everything I expected and moreIt is extremely well built, quality everywhere is evidentI know this because I am a highway contractor who has bought a lot of trailersThis is a personal unit and I wanted a lightweight aluminum trailer capable of carrying my own pound tractorI am extremely pleased and I was lucky enough to have it deliveredEven with that fee, the price was far better than I could buy locally for a much better priceI do know they had some production issues so I waited a lot longer than I expected, but I believe those issues are solvedI am a happy customer

I recently purchased an aluminum dual axle utility trailer, a more than fair price for the quality of the trailerI picked up the trailer which was ready one week early compared to the two weeks noted in the purchase quote, I left the shop and before I was even ten miles from the shop I had to stop, one of the wheel bearings was nearly seized, hot and smokingI called the shop, which was ready to close for the day, they said to bring the trailer back and they'll check it outBruce and a couple of his technicians stayed late, night before ThanksgivingThey tried to get the wheel and bearing off and it wouldn't budgeI suggested leaving the trailer there and picking it up after the holidayTheir answer was no we'll just put a new axle onI agreed and in a little over an hour I was on my wayTheir attitudes and professional service was awesome

Bruce, I want to let you know how happy we are with the foot aluminum bridge you built for us The footer you added and your engineering provided extra value The light poles are great, along with the electric outletsIf any of your contacts want to see a sample of your work, have them give me a call and they will be welcome to visit us I have looked at several of your trailers and the quality adds to the brand image of your customers If I needed a trailer, I would want you to build it

Just received an 6xaluminum Cargomaxxx trailer from the crew at sic metalsFirst off, I'm a welding inspector by trade and I've been in the welding industry for years but I did not tell them when orderingI called the crew and ordered my trailer and made a few custom requestsBruce and Curt were more than eager to call/email/text me with progress pics or questions they had for me and they answered and returned calls very quickly if I had questions for themThey delivered their trailer on time as promisedWhen I looked it over, I can honestly say, it was built with pride and done by a professionalIt is near perfectPrior to purchasing their trailer, I looked att he tractor supply aluminum trailer my friend purchasedIt looked as if it was built by an amateurHe paid a couple bucks less than I, but I wouldn't take his trailer for freeThe Cargomaxxx the crew at SIC metals built for me will be with me for the rest of my life and will probably last yearsIt is truly that goodI would buy another without questionThanks again to SIC metals [redacted] ***
