They seem friendly and promise a lot but do not deliver Scheduling the work is disorganized and there are a lot of starts and stops prolonging construction to months when it should have been two weeks They scratched, dented, broke items in our home during the work Once you have paid they completely ignore you and they do not uphold their warranty I have spent hours trying to get them to respond to serious issues in their work that need to be fixed Their staff turn-over rate is high and the workers complain loudly in front of clients that they are treated badly It is unsurprising that the quality and care of work is low Clearly, it is a dysfunctional company BEWARE
