My wife visited their Chattanooga, TN location in mid December (2015), and we decided to purchase 4 appliances from one their sales reps. They convinced us that, by paying in full, they could deliver and install our items within 7-10 business days. Long story short, after multiple conversations with their team, our items could not be delivered for various reasons (holidays, damage, installation). After threatening to cancel the order, their staff called back and said they located one of the items they were waiting on (they claimed at the time that the one in stock was damaged). Apparently they had located the item in their Nashville location. Well, they finally arrived today (Feb 10th) with the damaged item that they apparently found a replacement for. That item is now not available until the end of February. \r\n\r\nWorst sales and customer service experience I have ever had to deal with. They have not gone out of their way to try to rectify the situation at all, but have rather taken the, \"sorry what do you want me to do?\" approach. ","neg-1
