Hi [redacted] ,Thank you for letting us know about thisWe have been printing for Ms[redacted] for over a year nowDuring this time she has been adjusting her files to get the final outcome she is looking for with changes each timeThis last time she is talking about, she let us know that there were some yellow streaks in her publications and the pictures looked grainyI addressed the yellow streaks and agreed to do a reprint at no charge for herWe did complete the reprint and she was notified that they were completeHer response was in the form of a question, "can you see the models pores?" I asked that she drop by and have a look at them as that is a relative question but I would review her filesI let her know that after investigating, we did see that her files were submitted as low resolution imagesWe do not make adjustments to resolution after the files are submitted but the yellow streaks were not presentShe still refused to come look at the reprints that we did for no chargeAfter many days of back and forth, for argument & time sake, we issued a full refund of the original orders of $The last contact I had with Ms [redacted] , I suggested a few other local companies that may be a better fit for her jobs.I am happy to forward each email that was between us so you can fully understand the situationWe pride ourselves on customer service at Shweiki Media and feel that we went above and beyond in attempt to please Ms [redacted] We are not able to print a beautiful product if the files that were supplied to us are not substandardShe has rejected the last reprint we did for her without even looking at it.At this time, we will never do business with Ms [redacted] again because we fully believe we will not be able to produce a product she is going to be happy with if she won't even look at it We do wish her the best of luck in the future with whomever she does print with.Please let me know if you would like the emails forwarded but be aware that there are many of themThank you, [redacted] ***
