Shuykill Valley Airport Shuttle

Review: I hired Schuykill Valley Shuttle to provide roundtrip transportation from the [redacted] to [redacted] airport. The travel dates were January 18th and January 21st.On the return trip I was bumped from the scheduled flight and was going to arrive about an hour later than expected. I called and alerted the driver of the situation. Once we were in the air the weather in [redacted] turned and the airport received a few inches of snow which closed all but one runaway. We were diverted to [redacted] to refuel and allow the [redacted] airport time to open more runways. I called the driver again and told him of the situation we were in. He stated he had other passengers he needed to return to [redacted] but would come back to [redacted] to pick us up. The party I was traveling with called her husband who agreed to pick us up. I called the driver again and told him since it was so late and the roads were bad that we had another way home. He said that was great and I would receive a refund for half of the $175 charged. I have made numerous calls and spoke to several the owner and Tina about the refund. They instisted it was submitted. My card has not been credited the amount promised. They will no longer accept a phone call from my phone numberDesired Settlement: Certified check in the amount of $87.50 within 5 days
