Reserved the shuttle to go from the Wyndham Hotel in Deerfield Beach, FL to the cruise ship terminal at Port Everglades Scheduled to pick us up at 12:45pm, at 12:we called as the shuttle had not shown up We were told the driver was stuck in traffic and would be there in minutes minutes later driver calls and says he is minutes away minutes later driver calls and says he is having trouble finding the front of the hotel Finally get picked up at 1:35pm, minutes late! On ride down to port, did not see any kind of traffic delays going the other way on the interstate Once at port, told the driver we were not happy He indicated he was just told to come and get us, apparently not aware of the "traffic delay" story and had no idea how late he was to get us Called and asked for some compensation from a person at the Shuttles2U office and they said they would get back to me......surprisingly, that never happened
Booked with this company for x passengers going from Port Everglades FLL to West Palm Beach Airport PBI post cruiseDuly paid upfront for the service and received confirmation of bookingDuring our holiday whilst we were in the US I receive an email on my cell phone advising me they are cancelling the reservation because they are going on vacation leaving me and my family in the US with only a cell phone to try and make alternative arrangements days prior to our cruise
They of course refunded me, but the one liner email apology was a joke and they offered no alternative solutions or other company I could call to make a reservation with
This company have total disregard for their customers, and what company goes on holiday with days notice during the holiday season
I eventually made alternative arrangements at additional expense and asked shuttles2u to pay the difference, they of course refused
Their terms and conditions allow them to cancel at anytime they wish, their terms and conditions do not allow you without financial lossAvoid booking with this Fisher Price outfit
