I got reference from a family member about Shuttles Faster than a bus to travel to Las VegasMy husband and I went to this location to inquire about transportation to Las Vegas for my daughterIt was explained that the shuttle was 1/2hrsshorter in time than a busWe asked about the price and purchased a ticketOnce I got home, my daughter texted me that she was getting on a bus and not a shuttle like my husband and I told herI called the facility and the girl who answered would not transfer me to a managerShe said everyone was goneMany times I repeated myself on what had happened and she insisted I purchased a bus ticket, which I did notI was told arrival time would be at 5:30pm at the Las Vegas location and now it's 7pm and she's on a busNothing could be done anymore according to the girlTheir business card and title clearly states SHUTTLES not busesIf I wanted a bus, I would have saved $and have gone to another location.Thought I'd make it easy on my daugh
