Horrible!
First I ordered shutters from *** and he said it would be weeksweeks later he showed up with shutters that did not match my other ones so I refused to have them installedweeks later, he showed up with the right shuttersHe said it would take hoursI watched as he and his assistant fumbled around for hours trying to figure out how to install themThe finished product was so horrible, I wish I could post the picturesNothing was square, level or plumbHe put screws in the front trim that is supposed to remain cleanHe glued one of the vinyl corners together because it didn't line upThere were gaps everywhere on the frame, and exposed brackets above the doorHe used different screws on every mounting point When I pointed out all the faults, ***'s assistant agreed with me and admitted they didn't know what they were doing but stated nobody ever stood up to *** or called out his shotty work To top it off, *** left a giant bag of trash on th
