I called this Hurricane Shutter Services Screen Repair Company to be sure my shutters were in working order The charge was $and they were to check everything since I was a new homeowner and these were existing Hurricane Shutters I did this a month before hurricane Matthew in They came out and they did some silicone and whatever else and when I went to close them for the hurricane they would not close securelyThe knobs did not fit into the holes and I was concerned that the winds and the hurricane would blow them open I called the company a week and a half after the hurricane and they said that it was the responsibility of the homeowner to know how to shut them and there would be another chargeAs a professional company they should have checked those prior and the charge should've included thisThey said it was up to the homeowner to know how to do this I feel this company did not for honor their responsibility to check everything and it should've been in working orderThey were very rude on the phone and I would not use this company ever again and not recommended I use the check and should have used a credit cardI want my money backDo not use this company they are not professional
