customer was recently paid back in full with a cashiers check...at the same time we also attempted to inform her that we would correct all repairs made at absolutely no cost to her...she would not even let [redacted] speak...she has several expensive new parts we installed in which we are not concerned with getting back at all...this particular customer has been extremely rude since the very first meeting...she has also since recieving all monies back quashed complaint with Arizona ROCthank you very much [redacted] ***
