My refund is being denied even after I never received the item
I ordered a Viking Vice Commercial Knive Sharpener from SutmmI verified that my address was correct when submitting my order If my address was incorrect then my payment should have been acceptedThe company argues that I input the address incorrectly so it was returned but to the manufacturer which they claim they have no way in tracking it or getting the item back The item is no longer sold on their website and they also refused to resend the item to the correct address
Package addressed and delivered to someone else!
Ordered a bottle opener on Oct9, Order #XXXXXX Item $19.99, shipping $ On Nov9, I received an email saying it was delivered I checked my mailbox and front door...no package I went back to the email, clicked the link, and called USPS via the phone number in the link I was told that the package was addressed and delivered to someone else! USPS told me the address on the package wasn't even close to my address I then sent and email to ***@SUTMM.CO and explained what happened They replied with an email with a link to track the package I emailed them again explaining what happened On Nov10, they sent me an email with a snapshot of online tracking showing delivery to me! On Nov 9, I emailed Jim at SUTMM at ***@SUTMM.CO I have not heard back from him
Since I can't trust them to ship a replacement, I want a refund of the $

I purchased a wine opener over a month ago and received it one month later from China in a lousy packagingI've tested the opener but it did not work as advertisedI've tried it on three different bottles of wine but I could not open any of the threeI noticed that the item was defectiveAir pressure needs to build up inside the wine bottle when I pump the device but the device itself was defective and I hear hissing sound from the air leaking from the outsideI Emailed them to send me a return label since the item is defective but they said in the Email that the return will not be accepted if the item is opened and they will not pay for the return shipping
