Review: I purchased a Groupon for $35 for massage and chiropractic treatment with the business listed at this address. Because of EXTREMELY limited availability of appointment times, I was unable to use it before it expired. However, the Groupon states (due to CA law) that the $35 amount paid never expires. When I called to schedule a massage for the advertised price of $35 the staff was very rude and refused to provide any credit for the Groupon. When I asked for them to state this in writing so I could get a refund from Groupon, , they hung up on me. I later discovered they had put through my Groupon voucher as used (e.g. collected their money for services never rendered). They acquired my voucher number when I had previously scheduled an appointment, but had cancelled with 48 hours notice. Therefore there was no cause for them to redeem my Groupon.

In summary they did not honor their initial offer through failure to provide adequate scheduling opportunities. They did not honor the expired voucher for the required credit, and they hung up on me when I asked for written confirmation of this policy. They redeemed and collected money from Groupon for services never provided. Horrific reviews on this business are prevalent and it should not have an A+ rating.Desired Settlement: Acknowledge with Groupon that you never provided the service and will not honor the remaining credit.

This place is a scam. I am being charged for services I did not receive and paid for what I thought is a rehabilitation plan after a car accident and the only services I received were 5 minute adjustments. I was in extreme pain and discomfort and was on pain medication when pressured to sign a one year contract. The staff was very pushy and despite trying to cancel the contract they are charging over $3,500 for services I did not receive.
