Shumaker Construction

Review: Chris A Shumaker of Shumaker Construction put a new roof on my house in 6/14/2014, 3 months later the gutter began to sag. I called his number many times, but no one ever answered. The voicemail was always full. I left a callback number but no one ever did. 6/2015 my roof is leaking. I started calling again. Same thing, no answer, full voicemail. I did get someone to answer the phone on 9/15/15. He said his name was "DON" and didn't know where Chis was. I called back 2 days later and "DON" answered. We were disconnected and I called back. The same man answered, but he admitted that he was Chris Shumaker and that he had lied about who he was. He yelled and swore at me. He did say he would come repair the roof on the 19-20th. I asked which day or for a time, he would not give one. He never showed.Desired Settlement: I would like Chris Shumaker of Shumaker Construction to buy himself out of the contract. There is still 4 years of workmanship covered, however I doubt he will ever keep to it. I also do not wish to deal with him ever again. I want $1000 that will buy off the remainder of the contract. Then we never need to deal with each other again.
