Review: I took my car in for its first service and by the time I got home my low tire pressure warning light was on and I also realized that my driver's side headrest was bent forward making it uncomfortable to drive. They let the air pressure out of my tires down to 25 lbs even though the paperwork at checkout said that the tire pressure met factory standards at 35 lbs. I accidentally spilled some water in their waiting lounge when I got there and like a jerk I didn't clean it up because I was embarrassed and have mobility issues, BUT that is no excuse to mess with my car. My appointment was on Saturday, October 4, 2014, and by the time that I arrived home they were closed and they were closed the next day on Sunday, October 5, 2014. When I called them on Monday, October 6, 2014 they told me that I should bring the car back in but that wasn't satisfactory for me, but I had to go out of town from October 8 to 12, so I was not able to address these issues until my return today. I also called the Service manager, Tim, but he has not returned my phone call.Desired Settlement: I want them to fix/replace the driver's side headrest that they damaged and then I want this complaint noted and filed for future notice. They cannot do this to customers who spent thousands of dollars buying cars from their dealership. I didn't do any real damage by spilling water next to a set of chairs and they have decreased the value of my car and endangered me by letting out the air of my tires. I just don't know if I trust them to rectify the issue without damaging my car further.
Review: We bought a car from Shult's and found out after the fact that they added several percent of interest to the loan over what the bank had approved for themselves. To make matters worse when confronted about it they said how else were they going to make money. Two days after buying this ford certified used car I checked the air filter and it was just plugged with leaves and nuts and just about everything you could imagine. A week later the battery was dead and needed replaced. We discovered it had a bent wheel. So much for the certified car. We have traded it in at another dealer and are owed a refund of the extended warranty which you have to go through the selling dealer to get. We have sent them the documents needed to get this and my wife has been doing follow up to make sure it was received and they aren't returning any of her calls. She has been calling [redacted] and [redacted] and the operator is giving her their voice mails. I called [redacted] yesterday and got the same results . This has gone on for over a month. This is beyond a doubt the worst customer service and lack of integrity I have ever seen. This dealership can not be trusted !Desired Settlement: I want the correct refund and not a refund that is lower just because they want more money.
