***,You signed a contract with us which CLEARLY gave you the option of selecting additional insuranceWe paid you the $because when we tried to make an appointment to come and make repairs, you refused, saying you did not want us touching your furniture; what you are saying here is an utter fabrication and completely unethical. We have bent over backwards to try to satisfy you and you have been recalcitrantWe always do our very best to make sure every customer is happyThat is our missionHowever, if we get absolutely no cooperation, as in your case, it becomes impossible
This customer had a much larger number of items to be moved vswhat she had reported to us when she booked her moveThus, when our movers arrived, they were under pressure to move all of her items as quickly as possible so that her move would not cost more than our estimateAs you can imagine,
this type of situation puts us between a rock and a hard placeInstead of refusing to move the additional items, we went ahead and did our best to move ALL of her items, even though there was much more than what we expectedAlso, this customer was not present during the majority of the moveShe had a friend or neighbor there to oversee things, therefore she was not actually there to instruct our movers as to which items should be wrapped and which should not, so our movers did their best to protect her items while keeping her move within the estimated time frameSome of the damaged items were clearly already deeply scratched by some sort of animal, probably her dogIf we did cause a couple of additional small scratches on those pieces, those are things that we would have gladly repaired for herWe also would have happily repaired any of the other items that she claims were damaged by our moversWe offered in home repair, in factThe customer declined this serviceThis customer was given the option to purchase (before her move) extra insurance and she declinedAll customers are very clearly given this option well before their move as well as on the day of their moveThe base insurance, which is free of charge, was selected and signed for by this customer ahead of her moveThus, the only other option (since she said it would be too stressful for us to come and repair the items in her home) was to reimburse her at the rate of the base insurance, which is cents per poundBased on the items she reported to be damaged, we came up with a figure of $This was more than fair for the minor damages she reportedWe promptly sent her a check for that amount, which she cashedWe handled this situation in a very professional and fair manner

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***first of your are blaming my dogs for destruction of my furniture which non of them destroy furniture and your just wished to put my dogs in the picture without any justification! second of all you my couches and my fireplace weigh more alone then the you decided to pay me for! I asked if you could come and repair on a certain day and you denied to comealso I was never offered any extra insurance that is completely untruesecond of all we had agreed on the phone beforrreeeeeee anyone came to my house that all my furniture would be wrapped! there was no reason why they should have double questioned it! they paid me just so that I wouldn't report them to the Revdex.comYou did not pay me the actual weight for my items that were damaged! you made that number up on your own and that is very unfairmy time to pay someone the time out of me to miss work the material it all adds up to more than $350! it is extremely unjust!

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The business response is an outright lie. There was never any notification whatsoever from the previous gym. *** ** *** conducted an investigation based on my original complaint, found Synergy at fault, communicated with their bank, and had the money returned to me. The only communication I ever received from Synergy other than this communication with Revdex.com was the response to my *** review. I have spoken to other people who have been harassed by this business and who told me that they were only left alone when they threatened legal action
In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above
Sincerely,

While we apologized for our error in not billing this customer on a monthly basis for her storage, there is no reason she should be reversing the charge for this service with her credit card company. This customer had 4 crates in our storage from June to September, and she came to remove half of her...
items in Septermber, at which point her monthly charge WAS lowered to $150/mo ($75/crate/month). This is what she was charged, minus the one free month that I agreed to give her as a result of our failure to bill her monthly. She was NOT double charged for June to September, this customer is misunderstanding the situation and I would be happy to explain that to her. She will not be able to produce any proof that she was double charged for that period, because she was not double charged.Part of the reason for our failure to bill her monthly for storage was that she originally was supposed to move out all of items back in September, however at the last minute she decided to only remove half of it. This coincidentally happened at the time we were transitioning from a manual storage billing system to an automated system, which contributed to the fact that she was not entered into the new billing system, which meant she was not billed every month for storage.Furthermore, this customer has refused to pay the remainder of her balance for move out services, which amounts to approximately $570. We provided her move out at a discounted rate; yet she feels she should not pay for that service at all? There is no reason for her to deny paying for that service or for storage services. Simply put, this customer does not want to pay for services we provided. We would be happy to work out a payment plan, however it appears that she is not interested in paying at all.
