I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I have no complaint against PuroClean, I was very happy with their service. My Complaint was indeed against Service MasterI would Highly recommend PuroClean. I would never recommend Service MasterRegards, *** ***
I would like the key returned and if they could guarantee to fix the poor work I would be open to that, however I can't trust that they would do that

At PuroClean Disaster Restoration Services we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations. Customer satisfaction, which includes a respectful, expert and compassionate approach to work completed, is our main priority.
