Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 10, 2016/03/07) */ The radiator was not leaking, the thermostat housing was actually leakingWe replaced the radiator because that's what the customer wantedWe poured antifreeze in and noticed the thermostat housing was leaking very badlyWe replaced the thermostat housingAfter we got done replacing it, we stated it up and wanted to see if the cooling fans were working, and as we were running it we noticed the coolant temp sensor was reading incorrectly, which meant we needed to replace itI told the consumer this, and he said he would do it himselfHe said we spilled on the coolant sensor, but that wouldn't cause the coolant temp sensor go badI told him that and even diagnosed it for freeThe reason why it didn't show that the temp sensor was bad was because it didn't have enough coolant in itI tried explaining that to himIt wasn't a technician's mistakeI diagnosed it for him and showed him the code
