I'm seeking your help and advise following a transmission work done to my car since the month of October. The shop was unable to fix the my car after 5 attempt to install the Transmission seal to [redacted] Model XXXX X.8litre.Since day one the transmission was fixed on the month of September and paid $3000in cash. The next day I went start the car and noticed a spill of oil underneath the car. Then I the shop owner Mr. [redacted] and advised to take the car to the shop. The car was fixed again and this time they left propeller shaft open in the rear 3 millimeter and also damaged the left axle boot and I had to replace it from my pocket. On my way home that day 1/4mile down the road a heard aloud noise coming from propeller shaft. It sound like it soothing was stuck then released 3 times. I called the shop back again and I was told to drop the car next day. This time they found the transmission broke down, Rear end mount, differential serial and again charged me over $500. Despite the effort of fixing the car again transmission broke down again on 10/12/14. This time I was told my car triggered to many codes and they suspect something else in wrong in the car. I asked them how would they conclude that where us the transmission seal was still leaking. Mr. [redacted] said is to me ''something in your brain you seemed to be crazy"! Since I took the car the whole week the car was kept in the back yard and it doesn't seemed like they will repair soon. I can't keep up with rental car to get to work I had enough. I'm thing to this case through legal system if the car is not done by October 23,2014. Thank you for your time.Desired SettlementAny where between $5500-$7000.
