Review: This company seriously damaged (possibly permanently ruined) an expensive Brooks Brothers suit that had only been worn one time. The pants were left with them for removal of four one quarter inch diameter grease spots. When I picked up the item the fabric had been severely damaged, the stain had spread, and the item may actually be damaged beyond repair. Upon returning, the front desk attendant refused to take any action to correct the problem, told me that there was nothing they could do, acted like it was my problem--not theirs, refused to provide me with the name of a manager or assistant or contact information, and was both uncooperative, unpleasant and extremely hostile.Desired Settlement: I need this nearly new suit pant replaced. That may be impossible. If so, then I will need compensation for the damage.
