Stripping wallpaper is never an enjoyable task This job was over weeks ago and I had never received a call or email expressing any displeasure with the job completed I completed the wallpaper strip and light preparation as stated in estimate The master bath required additional work as you never know what the surface of the walls are underneath the wallpaper, it would have cost an additional $300-anyways for the state that room was in to completely have it paint ready The master bath was a "wreck" with terrible sizing and wall surfaces which were not a result of anything I did by stripping wallpaper The room needed additional work anyways and in regards to any additional cleanup the customer relayed "don't worry about it" The contractor bags filled with the removed wallpaper just needed to be put out for the trash, I do not take your garbage with me I am sorry that you feel that you did not receive the service that you expected despite the estimate clearly stating what would be performed Payment received is for work completed, fairly simple concept

I do accept his response to my complaint He did not do the job I hired him to do Not only did he leave two rooms a wreck, but he informed me he couldn't do the wallpaper stripping job in the dining room because he would need a steamer and he didn't have one But, he managed to tear some good size pieces off the wall, making it impossible for me just to leave it as is.I am not carrying this any further, but he knows that he did not do the job he was hired to do.*** ***
