Dear [redacted], I supposed you can mark the file satisfactorily resolved as Shredders replied with a down- loadable postage-paid return label yesterday. I will send the sweater back tomorrow. If, however, I do not receive either an exchange in a size "medium" or a refund, then I will contact you again and reopen the complaint. Shredders claims to have been overwhelmed with holiday business and therefore could not reply to my 3 messages in the 24-hour period as they advertised. Amazingly, after my contacting you, their logjam opened up and they were able to pay attention to my problem.
