shederr is not workingI called support and they refuse to do anything about itI have been trying to reach someone named [redacted] who called me but no I have called the support dept and have not gotten much helpI broght the shederr from hsn and brought an extended warrenty as wellThe warrenty place will not help me till the year is up for the companies warrentyi brought it 1/2/for I have asked for a new one but they want me to send this one back at my cost with no proof they will send me one back I asked to speak to a supper and a lady named [redacted] called but when I call back she never answers, XXX-XXX-XXXX (XXX) I am really upset at hsn and this comepany embasseyI should have never brought from this comepny
