Review: Placed a service call on Wednesday, August 6th for service pick up of 2 bins and drop off of four (4) additional bins. SD Shred confirmed a Friday, August 8th service call. They should up on Friday, but did not bring the 4 bins requested. At that time, they made arrangements to bring the bins on Monday, August 11th. On Monday, there were a no call/no show so I called them again to find out about our service. Once again, we made another service appointment for the following day, August 12th by 9:00 a.m. Again, no call/no show. I called them for a third time and after a few calls they eventually came at the end of the day.
Today, August 13th I received an invoice for 80.00 for the drop off of 4 bins ($20/00 each). It was never agreed upon the we would be charged for delivery of equipment required for them to service us. Additionally, if they had delivered the items as originally scheduled, they would not have had to make a return visit.
Our verbal agreement with Shred It San Diego was to do a minimum of 8 bins of shredding a year at $25/bin. Our original bill was invoiced at $30/bin, but I did not dispute it because it was still less than we were previously paying and it’s not my complain now.
My complaint is that we should not be invoiced for $80.00 because they failed to bring bins on a regularly scheduled call.Desired Settlement: To not be charged an 80.00 delivery fee for services that should have been conducted during a previous service call.

Response:
Hi [redacted],
Here is our response::
We, Shred San Diego, delivered (2) 64 gallon bins in January 2014 with no contract with the agreement that they would shred between 6-10 times per year. Through August of 2014 Zaneta [redacted] shredded (2) 64 gallon bins once. Mrs. [redacted] asked us to deliver 4 additional bins. We delivered 4 bins and charged a delivery fee. Mrs. [redacted] was not happy with the delivery fee and filed complaint with Revdex.com. Mrs. [redacted] was unhappy about the delivery fee and said that was not part of the agreement, but there was never a conversation about adding additional bins. If she would have been willing to sign a contract, she would have known about the delivery fee. She basically held our inventory for 8 months with no shredding and then expected us to deliver more inventory at no charge.
