A hydraulic oil line on one of our trucks ruptured on 6/15/15 in the parking lot of [redacted] located at [redacted], Minneapolis, MN. We cleaned up the spill the following day (6/16/15). I spoke with Mr....

[redacted] (Property Manager) on 6/16/15. We took ownership of the spill and said we are committed to cleaning it up. Later that evening (9:30 PM) Mr. [redacted] left a voice mail stating that the clean up was not adequate and that he was going to call the City of Minneapolis, The City of Minneapolis Police Department, the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, and his attorney. And, that he wanted to know who our insurance company was. I called our insurance company on 6/19/15 and initiated a liability claim. In turn, they provided me with a claim number. As we all know, insurance companies proceed at their own pace with respect to the claim process (i.e. Adjuster, driver statement, photos, etc.). From my perspective, we've responded responsibly, timely, and reasonably. I find this complaint to be baseless.
