Bobby did a great job working through some challenges with our new vanity installation I appreciated that he was careful to make sure that everything was aligned properly and as close to our walls (the plaster/tiled walls are not true in our older home) as possibleIt took longer, and was more expensive than the original quote, but the excellent result was worth it Initially there was a leak in the new drain, but he fixed it before he left

I got quotes from different HVAC contractors for a full system replacement and Service Pros was the most professional in their response and execution at a very competitive price They arrived on time for the install and did not rush the work which I appreciatedThe system is working great I would not hesitate to recommend and use them them in the future

I contacted Service Pros for an estimate on replacing my garbage disposal The cost was reasonable so I authorized the service Edgardo fixed the garbage disposal and did a great job He also provided me with quotes for other plumbing work that I need done Edgardo was very knowledgeable and professional I really appreciate the work he did and will use him again in the future I recommend him if you need plumbing work

service pros installed a travel system that was the incorrect sizeThe technicians had to come out twice because it brokeThey should have looked at the scope of the job before they installed itThey never put a filter on a large intake vent in the master bedroomThey never installed filters in (6x12) intake vents.we were told that we would have to special order these filters- of them and change them once a monthIt would be astronomically expensive to order those and a pain to change them once a monthThere is a whole in my ceiling in my bedroom so God knows what we are breathing in thereThe wife currently has an upper respiratory infectionWhen it broke the second time there was water in the pan and the system was not levelThis is a disaster and this *** ** system should have never been installed in the 3rd floor attic space to begin withThe main filter should have been installed in the unit like the one downstairs

Very good communications from the office staff and the field tech A little pricey but for an out of town property owner without many options they were able to handle the problem (gas water heater replacement and disposal) quickly

Paul replaced an attic fan for us in a very professional, thorough and meticulous way He built a wooden frame for it (which was an extra but sensible step the original fan didn't have one) and took his time to do it all right, making corrections when he wasn't fully satisfied with the final look (a question of centimeters; we wouldn't have noticed) Very polite and friendly to boot If we ever have to replace our other attic fan, we'll know who to call!

We had Service Pros for pre-deck installation plumbing and were blessed to have Missie (what a Sweetheart!!!) coordinate and Bobby do the plumbing Bobby encountered a VERY crowded basement with difficult access to the water shut off, but was so kind, accommodating and professional Everything went great and we could not have been more pleased! Our sewage ejector pump broke at 8pm, and the only plumbing company with the supplies and availability to send someone the same night was Service Pros Edgardo came to fix the problem and he did a wonderful and professional job Very impressed by this company so far I will be calling them whenever we have another issue arise

Bobby & Edgardo are a superb team! They worked togetherlike a well-oil machine, knowing what one another needs, collaborating and getting the job done efficiently and effectively They successfully performed a hydro flush of our main water line on Friday They walked us through each and every step of the project, and showed us the progress they made cleaning out the gunk that lined our pipes We were impressed with the hard work and the teamwork they displayed through the process They provided good advice on how to avoid similar problems in the future, as well as a solution to long standing problem -- how to cap a basement floor drain They're taking care of that next I would highly recommend Service Pro They are professional plumbers who can be trusted

I had a water main break - YIKES! Very happy, though, to report that Service Pros worked diligently until they could restore water service Lots of trench digging, jack hammering the garage floor, removing the hot water heater, etc The team worked for over hours without stopping so that I could have water before they left Did I mention this was done on the Friday after Thanksgiving! Service Pros went above and beyond Every member of the team was extremely knowledgeable and professional Their customer service was stellar!

We had a clog at our house that was somewhat puzzling because it only affected two of the sinks in the house but not any of the other sinks, toilets, or shower drains We called another plumber who was recommended by neighbor He couldn't diagnose the nature of the problem and made things much worse when he accidentally broke one of the pipes in the house trying to snake the drain We called Service Pros and Bobby came out to take a look Right off the bat he made a more favorable impression than the first guy He was dressed professionally and was in a nice truck that didn't look like a gypsy wagon Bobby took a thorough look at the situation and quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem correctly He then proceeded to repair the pipe that the other guy had broken (no small job) and unclog the pipe that was the cause of the original problem His work was excellent, very professionally done He even improved the way that the pipes were laid out under the sink so that we have more room under the sink Bobby was pleasant to converse with and seemed like someone that you would be fine with doing work in your home when you aren't there Lastly, minutes after Bobby departed, he came back to the house just to double check something that he had done to make sure that everything was okay Great service, great skills and just a great guy I would highly recommend Bobby to anyone without reservations

Bobby extended a new gas line and hooked up the gas range as part of our kitchen remodel He is hardworking, very courteous, and despite a few snafus, maintains determination and keeps a positive attitude The office staff are also always very helpful the several times I called Overall, the business seems pretty well organized Would (and did) hire again
