Review: Company sent a contract for a pick-up of materials to be shredded. After they came they increased the charge from $260 to $315 saying it didn't include taxes and fuel. Which is impossible since the contract said it was included. I had to pay since they picked up the material.

customer has been offered a refund of fuel surcharge- awaiting reply. We cannot refund tax as this is a requirement of the sale in NY for state and city
