Good Evening,We apologize for the less the positive experience that Ms*** had with our academyI've provided proof that Ms***'s account was refunded the amount she's seeking and it will also show the refunds of the other unfortunate incidents that she referred to in her complaintMs
*** was also informed that the refund process per the credit card company that we use takes an average of 3-business days to refund debits, and "weeks" as she reportedLiving in the age of social media where communication is done mainly through email, texting and ***Ms *** never indicated that her preferred method of communication was a phone callShe never complained about any of my previous attempts to communicate with her via ***, and I would like to note, this was her mode of communication with me? My last communication with Ms*** was via phone call after she instant messaged me at 10:pm due to her account having been debited a third timeThe problem was solved with her on the phone and I emphatically apologized and explained that our staff and myself were getting used to the Mindbody software, and while I thought I had cancelled her account, I learned that I did not do it correctlyThis was just a simple human error, and nothing malicious was intended on my endI concluded the the phone call believing that I resolved all of Ms*** issues and concerns, so this Revdex.com complaint is surprising and unfortunate and an attempt to damage a business that has had a year history in the city of Waltham
